Sumeya Abdi Ali
Sumeya Abdi Ali has been creating worlds for as long as she can remember. Ali spent her youth in the DFW area, living in a Somali-American household. Currently, and since 2011, Ali resides in the Greater Los Angeles area with her active duty husband. In 2025, she graduated from UCLA with a degree, majoring in History and minoring in Black Studies. She loves libraries, photography, watching a film a day, and hearing from her readers across the globe.
